When you are aware of your thoughts and beliefs, you ARE NO LONGER THEM and you can now think and act from a different place of awareness.
THEN DO YOUR WORK! Research, read, learn, study new alternatives to your old beliefs and start to DEFINE WHO YOU ARE. What are your values? thoughts, desires? Who are you as a person? What beliefs do you want to act upon from this day forward in this universe?
YOU CAN DO IT, YOU NEED TO DIG DEEP AND MAKE A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF.
The first step is easy. Pick an area of your life that you would like to be experiencing different results in.
Are you acting from love in all your daily encounters? Are you responding in peaceful ways to conflict? Are you acting from a place of wealth or are you telling yourself things like, "this is too expensive, i don't really need a new car, why should i pay for her dinner, etc?" Are you giving back? Are you donating money to your favorite charity? Are you returning favors and offering your help when needed? Are you showing gratitude for all your blessings NOW?
