Aside from effective massage techniques, one of the most important aspects to giving a good massage is to understand and address your massage client's needs. Clients may just be giving you background information to be helpful. This can be understandably confusing, but it is a common break in communication between the therapist and the client, and can unfortunately lead to your client leaving unhappy, or uncomfortable if you use the wrong massage techniques.

These can be used to support a side-lying position, and can provide extra comfort to people with injuries or painful areas. In the event that you are performing pregnancy massage, techniques aided by bolsters are essential in giving a good massage.

If you were to paint a picture from a place of pure possibilities and absolute trust, what would your canvas convey? As you ponder your dream, what emerges in your heart? What does your big vision hold? How does it feel? Who are you BEING? As you play with this visioning process, I invite you to imagine that you are literally placing an order with the Universe. And remember that the more clarity you bring, the more the Universe can generously support you by providing the exact resources and opportunities that will help you to grow into your vision. As Tama J. In hopes of supporting you in this arena, I would love to outline five things that you want to be crystal clear about to dramatically increase your success with realizing your dreams.
- Clarity about the following spiritual truth: When you ask, it is given Everything we want is already here energetically. Period. It is important for us to remember that whether we are doing so deliberately or not, we are always engaged in a splendid process of co-creation with Source. And when we ask, Source answers, every single time. No exceptions. Given this reality, it is not our "job" to go out and forcefully make things happen,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but to be a vibrational match to our desires, to be on the same energetic wavelength. Essentially, it is about releasing our resistance so that we are truly open to receiving the desires of our heart. So I am curious. How aligned do you feel with this TRUTH? What helps you to step into your dreams trusting that you are 100% divinely supported? And how might you ease into the energy of allowing, more and more and more?
- Clarity about your values As you navigate your journey, what values are you fiercely committed to honoring and expressing more fully? Who are you devoted to BEING,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], no matter what? And when it comes to growing your dream, what core values are serving as your guide? If you have not yet enjoyed the process of clarifying and consciously owning your values, I want to strongly suggest that you not wait another minute. I am serious. Living your life in the most authentic, alive and passionate way does not serve just you. It serves the world. Why do I say this? Well, just think for a moment about the impact of denying your heart's desires, of burying your dreams. Really be willing to see the ripple effect of living in this painful place. And now take a moment to get in touch with the energy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the light and the love that is radiating through you when you are living your purpose. This year, my spring cleaning has a more urgent purpose – I am preparing my house for sale. I am facing one of those mid-life transitions – downsizing – and the prospect is often sad, and scary, and overwhelming. I am faced with letting go of the home that has been a refuge for my boys and me for almost 10 years, a home that has witnessed birthday parties and skinned knees, Christmas mornings and late nights with a sick child,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], baby showers and the mourning of loved ones gone too soon. A home where we planted and raked and shoveled and scrubbed, where my boys learned how to tie their shoes, then how to shave, then how to drive.
This week, while my boys are with their dad on a fancy Caribbean cruise, I will be home, cleaning my house from top to bottom, inside and out,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in that yearly ritual of soap and obsession called Spring Cleaning. I’m actually not bitter. Okay,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I’d love to be on a Caribbean cruise, that’s true. But I also really love the sense of new beginnings that results from this yearly process.
But it’s time. My oldest leaves for college in a few short months, and the downturn in the economy has made keeping the house difficult financially. It’s time to begin a new phase. And I know, from years of teaching this stuff, that in order to make room for a new future,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we need to create room for it to occur,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which means letting go of something we’ve been hanging onto that no longer serves us. Like a house. Or a resentment. Or a thought that “it should be different”. (This is so much easier to teach than to put into practice!!)
So while this transition is a tough one,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], filled with all the emotions of letting go,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it can also be a time of promise and excitement,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if I focus on what I’m making room for: financial ease, peace of mind, simplicity. Things worth creating space for.
It’s hard to let go of.
For me, spring cleaning is not just a chance to clean out my closets and wash the windows. It’s more of an emotional and intellectual purging – a reminder of all the crap that builds up in my life while I’m not paying attention. Stuff that I need to let go of,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in order to make room for the new, the fresh,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the possibilities that are waiting only for a little space in order to show up.
So I gotta run – I’m off to clean some closets,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].

Books can be part of your strategy to build your business. They can help you build your list but writing a book is primarily a way to build your reputation and credibility. Those two things are what lead to speaking engagements and more clients and, in turn, those lead to greater revenue. Make sense?

You would have to cut back on time working with your clients, sales and marketing, whatever you choose in order to make time to write book, or you add more hours to your already busy day.

There are people who love the way YOU do it and say it. That’s what can make your book different from all the rest.
#2 – It’s already been written about.
So let’s start with #1.
